on the sixth day. Jesus commanded the water pots be filled with water. Water represents the Word (Eph. 5:26). Servants of God need to be filled with the Word of God. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers are to be filled with the Word. The Lord will fill you with the Word so that others can draw from you. Jesus then told them to draw out of the water pots. As they drew out, the water was turned into wine. Wine represents the Holy Spirit. It represents the anointing of God. We are to draw out of the ministry gifts. Draw is the Greek word antleo , meaning to dip water with a bucket or pitcher. We are to use our buckets and draw out of the earthen vessels that God has filled with His Word. When I get around anointed ministry gifts, my bucket is out and I am ready to draw. When the Lord's vessels come into the local church, we are to draw from them. We draw because we have needs. We draw because we need to be healed. The mother of Jesus said to Him, "They have no wine" (John 2:3). There was a need at the marriage feast for wine. When there is a need for the anointing and flow of the Spirit, we must draw out of the earthen vessels the Lord has given us. We must use our faith to draw out the wine when there is a need. Ministry gifts must spend time filling up on the Word. We must allow the Lord to fill our vessels up with the water of the Word. As we minister, we must
