Poverty Is Created

We must first look at four scriptural principles and to examine them in their entirety. Deu 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Ecc 3:13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God. Ecc 5:19 Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God. Ecc 6:2 A man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desireth, yet God giveth him not power to eat thereof, but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease.

Per Scripture wealth and riches are already given to man as a gift from God. (To Everyman ) this was derived from his labor…. which is his natural gift and the most sacred of all his property. Satan (world) came up with a system to steal man’s wealth from him through his disobedience to God & his Laws. This system is nothing new under the sun, for it has been around from the beginning of time! Its called inv The Supreme Court Agreed: 1883: Butchers' Union Co. v. Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746. Defines labor as property, and the most sacred kind of property. "Among these unalienable rights, as proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence is the right of men to pursue their happiness, by which is meant, the right any lawful business or vocation, in any manner not inconsistent with the equal rights of others, which may increase their prosperity or develop their faculties, so as to give them their highest enjoyment...It has been well said that, THE PROPERTY WHICH EVERY MAN HAS IS HIS OWN LABOR, AS IT IS THE ORIGINAL FOUNDATION OF ALL OTHER PROPERTY SO IT IS THE MOST SACRED AND INVIOLABLE... This law has never been repealed nor can it be!" The IRS Also Agreed: According to the IRS, private employers, including churches, are NOT required to deduct or withhold. A "private employer„ is any entity that is not part of the Federal government: internal Revenue Manual aft If). .S2.,:11on 5.14.10.2 (09-30-2004) The above court ruling and several others are the basis for why withholding on "wages requires a VOLUNTARY W-4 Form. Failure to procure consent, in fact, is described by the U.S. Supreme Court as slavery and involuntary servitude: "That it does not conflict with the Thirteenth Amendment, which abolished slavery and involuntary servitude. word 'servitude' was intended to prohibit the use of all forms of involuntary slavery, of whatever class or name." (1:12ssy v. Ferguson, 163 V.S. 537. 542 {1896)1

Our system of governments and the way we govern around the world creates poverty by devising the following tools: 1. Dehumanizing & Mental Conditioning its Citizens to create a sub-culture 2. Poverty (poorer than the poor perpetual lack) 3. Lack of Education (expensive & costly) 4. Inability to articulate (legal matters) 5. Drugs (of any sort “pharmakia”) 6. Un-employment (from the corporate system of labor) 7. Housing (mortgage & credit debt) 8. Resolve their disputes by violence (poor killing the poor) 9. Condition people to fail (keeping them in a debt slaves) Supreme Court Ruled: 1906: Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43. Defined the distinction between natural persons and corporations (Artificial persons) as it pertains to 5th Amendment protections within the U.S. Constitution. "...we are of the opinion that there is a clear distinction in this particular between an individual and a corporation, and that the latter has no right to refuse to submit its books and papers for an examination at the suit of the state. The individual (natural persons) may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no duty to the state or to his neighbors to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation, so far as it may tend to criminate him. He owes no such duty to the state, since he receives nothing therefrom (benefits; Luk 22:25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.) , beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land long antecedent to the organization of the state, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in

accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights. Upon the other hand, the corporation is a creature of the state. It is presumed to be incorporated for the benefit of the public . It receives certain special privileges and franchises, and holds them subject to the laws of the state and the limitations of its charter. Its powers are limited by law. It can make no contract not authorized by its charter. Its rights to [201 U.S. 43, 75] act as a corporation are only preserved to it so long as it obeys the laws of its creation. There is a reserved right in the legislature to investigate its contracts and find out whether it has exceeded its powers. It would be a strange anomaly to hold that a state, having chartered a corporation to make use of certain franchises, could not, in the exercise of its sovereignty, inquire how these franchises had been employed, and whether they had been abused, and demand the production of the corporate books and papers for that purpose. The defense amounts to this: That an officer of a corporation which is charged with a criminal violation of the statute, may plead the criminality of such corporation as a refusal to produce its books. To state this proposition is to answer it. While an individual may lawfully refuse to answer incriminating questions unless protected by an immunity statute, it does not follow that a corporation, vested with special privileges and franchises, may refuse to show its hand when charged with an abuse of such privileges. " 1911: Flint v. Stone Tracy Co., 220 U.S. 107. Defined excise taxes as taxes laid on corporations and corporate privileges, not in natural persons. "Excises are taxes laid upon the manufacture, sale or consumption of commodities within the country, upon licenses to pursue certain occupations and upon corporate privileges...the requirement to pay such taxes involves the exercise of [ 220 U.S. 107, 152 ] privileges, and the element of absolute and unavoidable demand is lacking...Conceding the

power of Congress to not able to tax the business activities of a private company but corporations. the tax must be measured by some standard...It is therefore well settled by the decisions of this court that when the sovereign authority has exercised the right to tax a legitimate subject of taxation as an exercise of a franchise or privilege, it is no objection that the measure of taxation is found in the income produced in part from property Scripture: Psa 94:20 Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law? Psa 94:21 They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood. The word "person" in legal terminology is perceived as a general word which normally includes in its scope a variety of entities other than human beings. See e. g. 1 U. S. C. sec 1. Church of Scientology v. U. S. Dept. of Justice (1979) 612 F. 2d 417, 425. One of the very first of your STATE or U.S. statutes will have a section listed entitled "Definitions." Carefully study this section of the statutes and you will find a portion that reads similar to this excerpt. In construing these statutes and each and every word, phrase, or part hereof, where the context will permit: (1) The singular includes the plural and vice versa. (2) Gender-specific language includes the other gender and neuter. (3) The word "person" includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. NOTE HOWEVER, THE DEFINITIONS STATUTE DOES NOT LIST MAN OR WOMAN -- THEREFORE THEY ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL THE STATUTES !!! which of itself considered is nontaxable." Let’s look at the legal term “Persons”:

Under the rule of construction "expressio unius est exclusio alterius," where a statute or Constitution enumerates the things on which it is to operate or forbids certain things, it is ordinarily to be construed as excluding from its operation all those not expressly mentioned. Generally, words in a statute should be given their plain and ordinary meaning. When a statute does not specifically define words, such words should be construed in their common or ordinary sense to the effect that the rules used in construing statutes are also applicable in the construction of the Constitution. It is a fundamental rule of statutory construction that words of common usage when used in a statute should be construed in their plain and ordinary sense. If you carefully read the statute laws enacted by your STATE legislature you will also notice that they are all written with phrases similar to these five examples: 1. A person commits the offense of failure to carry a license if the person ... 2. A person commits the offense of failure to register a vehicle if the person ... 3. A person commits the offense of driving uninsured if the person ... Notice that only "persons" can commit these STATE legislature which created crimes. A crime is by definition an offense committed against the "STATE." If you commit an offense against a human, it is called a tort. Examples of torts would be any personal injury, slander, or defamation of character. So how does someone become a "person" and subject to regulation by STATE statutes and laws? 4. A person commits the offense of fishing if the person ... 5. A person commits the offense of breathing if the person ...

There is only one way. Contract! You must ask the STATE for permission to volunteer to become a STATE person. You must volunteer because the U. S. Constitution forbids the STATE from compelling you into slavery. This is found in the 13th and 14th Amendments. 13th Amendment Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime, whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United STATEs, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. 14th Amendment: Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the STATE wherein they reside. No STATE shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any STATE deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. You become a STATE created statutory "person" by taking up residency with the STATE and stepping into the office of "person." You must hold an "office" within the STATE government in order for that STATE government to regulate and control you. First comes the legislatively created office, then comes their control. If you do not have an office in STATE government, the legislature's control over you would also be prohibited by the Declaration of Rights section, usually found to be either Section I or II, of the STATE Constitution. The most common office held in a STATE is therefore the office known as "person." Your STATE legislature created this office as a way to control people. It is an office most people occupy without even knowing that they are doing so.

Establish Biblical Law: Gen_1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Gen_5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. We must first understand that man was created in the image and likeness of God, so he owe his life to the LORD! and Only HIM! No Creature! Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
