(Acts 15:16) In 1997, we lead a group on a tour of Israel. After a busy day, I thought we had settled in for the evening, but my son wanted to go swimming. While at the hotel pool I met a local Jewish man. He assumed that I was Jewish so he struck up an eye-opening conversation. He expressed his hatred for Germans for allowing the Holocaust, and continued by saying that Christians were also to blame because Hitler was a Christian! We talked for over an hour and I shared with him that there is a difference between a self-proclaimed religious person and someone who actually follows Jesus' teachings.
