They were self taught men (and women), and they amazed even their critics with their knowledge. In Acts 10:38 we read, “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” Christ was anointed to preach but given power from the Holy Spirit to perform miracles. It is impossible for a minister bodily to be in two places at once. If Christ was ministering in Capernaum, He could not at the same time be in Nazareth. A human is limited to the ability to be in one location at a time. In one biblical narrative, a Roman centurion beseeched Christ to heal his dying servant. When
