11 Conclusions and summary

9

We will now succinctly summarize everything that we have learned in this short memorandum of law in order to emphasize 10 the important points: 11

1. There is nothing inherently wrong with preventing illegal activities by preventing the flow of money that subsidize them. 12 2. It is a CRIME to file a Currency Transaction Report (C.T.R.) against those not lawfully engaged in the “public office” 13 or “trade or business” franchise. The crimes committed include: 14 2.1. 18 U.S.C. §912: Impersonating a public officer. 15 2.2. 18 U.S.C. §1001: Statements and entries generally. 16 2.3. 18 U.S.C. §1005: Bank entries, reports, and transactions. Makes it a crime punishable by 30 years in prison and 17 a $1,000,000 fine to falsify any bank report. 18 3. When financial institutions ask for an SSN or TIN in order to open an account, they are asking TWO questions: 19 3.1. Are you a public officer on official business? 20 3.2. If so, what is your DE FACTO LICENSE NUMBER to act in that capacity? 21 If you provide any number at all, then you answered YES to the first of the above two questions. 22 4. By compelling account holders to use or disclose a government identifying numbers, financial institutions indirectly are: 23 4.1. Acting as federal employment recruiters. 24 4.2. Committing identity theft, by connecting you with a status that you cannot unilaterally consent to have. 25 4.3. Causing you to criminally impersonate a public officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. §912. 26 4.4. Making you into the equivalent of a “Kelly Girl” working for Uncle and on loan to the financial institution. 27 4.5. Making you into a compelled agent of the national government: 28

“All the powers of the government [ including ALL of its civil enforcement powers against the public] must be carried into operation by individual agency, either through the medium of public officers, or contracts made
