James said, "Faith without works is dead" (James 2:20). We would say, "Faith without corresponding action is dead." Your actions should correspond with what you believe. Jesus often required ACTION before He actually healed a person. He would say, "Go show yourself to the priest," or "Rise, take up your bed and walk," or "Stretch forth your hand." When we act on what we believe, it is visible evidence that we actually do believe. When a group of men tore off the roof and lowered a paralyzed man into the living room of a house where Jesus ministered, the Bible says, "Jesus SAW their faith" (Mark 2:5). God can see your faith when you act on His Word. This is true in relation to giving. When a minister receives the tithe and offerings, what do you hear and what is your reaction?  All he wants is my money.  I wish he would hurry up so we could get on with church.  All preachers do is beg for finances. The offering is my opportunity to sow my seed and reap a harvest. Can you imagine a farmer looking at the cold, dark ground and saying, "All that ground wants is my seed?" Or, "I'll just pass over this ground so I can get to my barn?" Or
