F INANCIAL S ECURITY IN THE L AST D AYS

Herein we find the “Noah and Lot code.” When Christ returns for the believers, life will be moving along in a normal fashion, with building, planting and personal prosperity. Many prophetic students believe the world will practically be falling apart before the Lord returns, and these destructive signs are the trigger of His return. This is partially true, as the signs of famine, pestilence, earthquakes, wars, and rumors of wars are called the birth pains, or the beginning of sorrows according to Matthew 24:8. These birth pains will intensify and increase. Famines, earthquakes and wars impact the economies, especially in the areas struck by the disaster. However, based on the days of Noah and Lot, before the time of the tribulation, the minds of people will not be on repentance but upon prosperity and life as usual. In the Biblical examples, the people were so busy with their daily activities, they were ignoring the warning of a righteous man who was building the ark. Lot warned his family that judgment was coming, but his sons-in-law mocked him (Gen. 19:14). I believe this is another reason we are to watch, pray and stay alert, as Jesus will come in a day and an hour that you expect not (Mark 13:32). S IGNS OF H IS R ETURN Christ made it clear that no one, not even the angels in heaven, know the day and hour of His return (Mark. 13:32).
