How to Interpret Dreams and Visions Perry Stone
W hen the Lord revealed to me the vision that would eventually prove to be the 9/11 attacks, about five years and three months passed before the actual event transpired. During those sixty-three months of seeing nothing that would clarify the meaning of this vision, I can remember becoming somewhat frustrated with the lack of knowing when this unusual vision would occur. The night vision of the tragic oil “storm” that impacted Louisiana took about thirty-three months before it was obvious that the result of the fire and collapse of the BP oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico was the clear fulfillment of the details of the night dream/vision in July of 2007. In July of 2007, I experienced a major night vision involving an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. In the vision I was in the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at Christian Life Fellowship with my friend, Pastor Jerry Melilli. The vision began as I was unloading our SUV at the home of a dear couple with whom we stay when we minister in the Baton Rouge area. In the vision, Pastor Melilli asked me if I had any new information or prophetic insight on what was about to occur. As if on cue, we suddenly saw a large black tornado drop from a perfectly clear sky. At that moment the scene changed, and I suddenly found myself inside the back of the rig (trailer) of an eighteen-wheeler truck, with one side completely open and covered with a large piece of plastic covering. There was nothing being transported in the truck. The wind struck the truck but did not harm me personally. After exiting the truck, I heard a voice announce that another storm was forming.
