The FIRST letter of each word is capitalized, e.g., ― John S mith.‖  And when a corporation or other artificial entity is formed, it is always given an ALL CAPITAL name: ―XYZ CORP.‖ (Do a corporation search on your SECRETARY OF STATE‘s website. A search of Dun & Bradstreet‟s website (www.dnb.com) shows that “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” is a mere corporation!
