Chapter 6

DEMONIC WOUNDS The more I work in this ministry of helping people out of Satanism, the more I learn about demonic wounds. By this, I mean injuries directly caused by demons. The Lord has graciously made provision for the healing of these wounds, but we must be able to recognize them and know how to treat them. Those of us who have never been involved in Satanism must understand that those brothers and sisters in Christ who were once in Satan’s service are peculiarly vulnerable to demonic wounds. I don’t know why, unless it is a part of the reaping process they must go through. The first characteristic of any demonic wound is the in ability of the wounded person to recognize the demonic cause of the wound. The first thing the demons do is try to blind the person to the fact that they are dealing with demons. As long as the wounded person doesn’t recognize that demons are the primary cause of the wound, they will not rebuke the demons or drive them away. This leaves the demons free to continue doing damage.

"And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead ... But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, and went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him." Luke 10:30-34
