Becoming A Vessel Of Honor Rebecca Brown

52 "Listen, Elaine, I know you’re sick. You go back to bed and I’ll keep watch. Father says He will protect us." Elaine nodded her assent and stumbled back to the couch. By that time, the figures outside had five black candles burning on the front lawn in the shape of a pentagram. As their soft incantations rolled, demons swept into the house. Rebecca felt their evil presence. Suddenly she thought about Joyce and the other two girls. "I’d better check on them." She felt her way through the darkness into the kitchen. "Joyce," she whispered, "where are you?" She heard a soft moan and stumbled over Joyce who was pinned down onto the kitchen floor by a demon. Rebecca knelt down beside her and put her hands on Joyce’s shoulders. "You demons, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord," she said firmly, "You have NO right to Joyce. Get off of her NOW, I command you in the name of Jesus." Joyce began to move and struggled to her feet. "Those people are sending in some big guns!" she whispered. "I know," Rebecca replied, but Father has promised to protect us. "Come to the family room and wait there, I must find out what is happening to the other girls." Rebecca found Sue (not her real name) pinned to the floor in the hallway, and Rita (not her real name) pinned on the floor in the other bedroom. Both were extremely frightened. She helped them rebuke the demons pinning them down and brought them into the family room. They all joined together in prayer, asking Father to protect them. Silence fell. The presence of evil continued to increase. Rita and Sue were shaking with fear.
