282 After she finished the list of familiar spirits, she then went through the general cleansing I have listed in previous case histories of body, soul and spirit. After she was all done, we anointed her with oil and joined with her in prayer asking the Holy Spirit to completely fill her. We also prayed asking the Lord to erase her painful memories and heal all demonic damage done to her physi cal body and to her emotions and spirit. She said that the feeling of emptiness grew less and less as she spent most of her time reading the Bible and praying over the next week. She could feel herself literally becoming filled with God’s word. Changes Lyn experienced after her deliverance: For a few weeks, she became very clumsy and felt as if she did not know how to control her own body. This is because since birth, she was used to having the demons operate in her body. Lyn can now read and understand scripture for the first time in her life. She can also pray freely and can memorize scrip ture. She felt a great lightness, as if a heavy burden had been lifted from her. She can now laugh and experience all of the whole range of human emotions now. She was blocked from feeling emo tions before. Lyn can now write and play music. She knew she had a gift in this area, but was able to write only briefly after first ac cepting Christ in 1974. Now she can write freely.
